Terms and Conditions for Go Miles Self Drive Car Rental

• Eligibility: The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for at least one year. International renters must present a valid international driving permit.
• Booking and Payment:A booking confirmation requires full payment of the rental amount, along with a refundable security deposit. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is mandatory at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the vehicle, provided there is no damage or violation of terms.
• Rental Duration:The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Late returns will be charged an additional hourly rate. Returns delayed by more than 4 hours will incur a full-day rental charge.
• Vehicle Condition: The vehicle is provided in good condition. The renter is responsible for checking and reporting any existing damage before taking possession. Any new damages will be charged to the renter.
• Fuel Policy:The car is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. Failure to do so will result in fuel charges plus a refueling fee.
• Mileage Limit:Each rental includes a daily mileage limit of 250 km. Any additional kilometers will be charged at a specified rate per km.
• Insurance: All cars come with basic insurance coverage. In the event of an accident, the renter is liable to pay the insurance excess or deductible as per the policy terms.
• Prohibited Use:The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or towing. The renter must also avoid driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair driving.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental amount.
